OUR PROJECTS PORTFOLIO
CUSTOM ATTIC TO BATHROOM CONVERSION
For this project we converted an unfinished attic in an 80 plus year old building into this beautiful tranquil bathroom. Complete with a Victoria Albert pedestal tub and eco-friendly water resistant cork tile flooring, we made use of all additional attic space with custom built-in shelves and drawers. The challenges we faced with this project were numerous, but our team was prepared and capable to meet each new challenge to fulfill our clients vision for this project.
KITCHEN UPDATE
For this client we updated the kitchen along with a number of other projects in preparation to sell. In light of the clients desire to sell, we were conscious of costs and opted to update the cabinets by painting, changing hardware, and replacing dated Formica counters with granite and a modern subway patterned ceramic backsplash. The results were simply stunning. The house sold for full asking price after only three days on the market!
